Region settings
Language settings
The language displayed on the console may be changed as needed, while decimal separator may be set as a point or a comma.
To set the language or decimal separator format:
- Select: User / Region / Language. The following options are available:
Language
A choice of different languages is available.
Use the scroll bar or scroll the list with your fingertip to display the other languages available. Confirm the selection. The console reboots.
Note: The language may also be changed from the warning screen shown on console boot-up by selecting 
.
Decimal separator format
A decimal point may be represented by a period (.) or a comma (,).
Time and date settings
Date information is used by the console for the start and end of job dates, as indicated in the illustration in job reports. The current date is acquired from the GPS signal.
Note: The time and date are not available with no GPS signal. To set time and date information:
- Select: User / Region / Time and date. The following options are available:
Date format
- Date first (Wednesday 12 August 2015)
- Month first (August 12 2015)
Time format
- 12 hour clock format (2:30 pm)
- 24 hour clock format (14:30)
Set current time
Current time (does not change automatically for daylight saving).
Note that you can use the +/- keys to increase or decrease the digits.
Units setup
The options for units of measurement define the units displayed for measurements (metric/imperial/US), pressure and area, and the latitude/longitude format.
To set unit of measurement information:
- Select: User / Region / Units. The following options are available:
Units
- Metric
- US system (USA)
- Imperial system (UK)
Different measurement systems are available for the USA (US) and UK (imperial) as the measurements gallon, fluid ounce and bushel differ between the two systems.
Note: Modifying this setting does not change the individual units of measurement selected for pressure, area etc., which must therefore be modified separately.
Latitude/longitude format
- Standard (degrees and decimals: 45.54)
- DMS (degrees, minutes and seconds: 45°, 23' 36")
Units for pressure
- kPa (kilopascal)
- psi (pounds per square inch)
- bar
- Default: selects the most appropriate predefined setting for the selected unit of measurement settings
Short distance unit
- Metres
- Inches
- Feet
- Default: selects the most appropriate predefined setting for the selected unit of measurement settings
Units for area
- ha (hectare)
- ac (acre)
- Default: selects the most appropriate predefined setting for the selected unit of measurement settings
Units for liquid volumes
- Litres l Gallons
- Cubic meters l Cubic feet
- Tonnes l Pounds
Increment mode for application rate
- Fixed rate
- Percentage of Preset 1
This option selects the behaviour of the up and down buttons used to modify the application rate of the product. The rate may be modified by a fixed value or by a percentage of the value set for the parameter PRESET RATE 1.
